COMMUNICATION WITHIN COMPANIES
Hiding ideas and feelings is one of the major causes for misunderstanding in interpersonal communication. Usually the fear of rejection predominates.
If you reveal yourself, if you say what you truly think and feel, others can hurt you and try to destroy you.
We complain about the difficulty of communicating but then we are the first to find it difficult to share feelings and experiences.
Communication is the lifeblood of an organization. It transforms ideas and feelings into productive action.
If in some parts of a company the communication is broken, these parts quickly become inefficient and inactive. The people that work there become sad, unmotivated and apathetic.
KNOW HOW TO COMMUNICATE
Society of the third millennium possesses the most effective means of communication ever known by man.
And yet more than ever problems with face-to-face communication arise.
Recent studies have shown that the difficulty to communicate on an interpersonal level is the first problem of a manager.
CLEAN HEART
At this point you will tell me that the desires of the heart can be evil, suggested by Satan.
And so I will speak to you of the CLEAN heart, which of freed fear, selfishness, envy, jealousy, neurosis. And if the desire comes from God, I repeat, God will make sure that it becomes reality, supplying the power and resources to fulfill it.
DESIRE TO DO THE WILL OF GOD
The problem with most of us is that we don’t listen to God and therefore we don’t understand what God says and wants.
Many believe that God communicates his will with supernatural or unnatural means – a voice from the sky, a special vision or a grandiose event… Even if God has been know to use spectacular means to communicate his will, it’s not what he usually does.
To know the will of God you first of all need to commit yourself to carry it out.
But how does God tell us what he wants us to do?
By putting inside of us the DESIRE to do his will, thereby giving us the power and means to fulfill it.
CHRISTIAN MANAGER
All of those who find themselves in a position of power have one thing in common: they have to continuously take decisions that have an effect on others and on themselves. The big industrial companies spend millions of dollars in gathering and analyzing data in order to make the best decisions possible.
The fundamental question is then: how does one make the right decisions?
My response is: by doing the will of God and seeking to respect the plan that God has for each one of us.
