To live with fullness, as persons, is seen as dangerous by the majority. Because the person who follows what is inside of him or her does not supinely accept the status quo dictated by the powerful of the day.

If we enter into contact with our hearts, we will realize that they are tender, sweet, and good. If doesn’t happen like this, it means that our hearts are full of evil, envy, and jealousy. Free your heart and you will find it tender, good… and empty.

But, in the moment when we accept our hearts, we open them. And opening them means rendering them naked. Awareness, goodness, love and friendship require the heart to expose itself as it is.

At a certain point in our lives we have to sincerely examine ourselves and ask how many times we have truly entered into relationship with our hearts.
