Unfortunately the heart is not expected in the work world. But when important values disappear from a company – sincerity, honesty, passion, the courage of truth- the desire to work with dedication, enthusiasm and efficiency also disappears. The atmosphere becomes ambiguous, suspect, false and depressing. The work environment becomes an amoral place – ruthless and competitive- where neuroses and personal frustrations are vented.
