The study of our personal stories, of motivations, conscious and unconscious, of parental figures, don’t resolve the problem, but become spaces of recognition and interpretation, of understanding better the strength and type of needs, emotions, feelings, and thoughts that go through us and make them dialogue with our spiritual sides.
I have understood all of this well after more than 30 years of psychotherapeutic activity, when I saw the a depressed person win his depression or the maniac be healed of her manias, but neither one was ever able to be happy, to be at peace with themselves. We human beings feel happiness or interior joy only when we are in contact with our spiritual sides.
After asking ourselves: “Why?” and thinking about our personal stories, seeking the psychological keys to read them, we must then ask ourselves: “What does God want to tell me with what’s happening?

Caro Valerio il mio vissuto mi sta davanti e riconosco i tanti miei errori commessi per leggerezza o per mancanza di consapevolezza ma da tempo ho preso l’abitudine di scrivere per fissare gli eventi significativi della mia vita o anche i miei passaggi emotivi e quelli di maturazione intellettiva.
Ebbene prima di abbandonare lo scritto “dovevo” interrogarmi sul significato che quel fatto rivestiva per me e trovare una risposta che usciva dalle sequenze concrete, dalle parole dette, trasferendo su un piano più elevato i miei stati d’animo e le mie emozioni. Scrivere per sè e poi rileggersi magari a distanza di qualche giorno, è uno dei modi più efficaci per captare i messaggi nascosti della vita, quello che Dio vuole dirci e che non sempre appare chiaro ed evidente.
