They invented so-called psychotherapy to resolve their issues related to the loss of meaning and hope. They believe that the mind, reason, technology, medicine and psychology can substitute the soul, but in reality their anguish and desperation increases. They don’t believe in myths anymore, in stories, legends, mystery. They have killed symbols. They have lost creativity. They believe they can manage everything, but they don’t fear death and suffering. They haven’t yet understood that healing does not mean not suffering. Maybe for these reasons, after having practiced psychotherapy for almost 40 years, I dedicate myself to writing, to offer my friends wider journeys, paths and ways where they can find true meaning in their existence.

Caro Valerio, non sono un esperto, ma mi sento d’accordo sul fatto che una psicoterapia senza “anima”, fredda disciplina, non porta in fondo molta fiducia o speranza all’uomo. Mi sembra anzi che tutto sommato non abbia interesse se non a renderlo di nuovo “efficiente” o “produttivo”. Altro è integrare, come fai tu, la psicoterapia in una visione ampia e con “valori”, un aiuto per (ri)trovare un vero significato al vivere.
G R A Z I E V A L E R I O … queste PREZIOSITA’ che ci comunichi, sono lo scrigno e le gioie ivi contenute, che tutti dovremmo riconoscere, comprendere, proteggere, coltivare, accrescere e quindi regalare al nostro prossimo, per diffondere il virus … della VITA…senza stare passivamente ad assorbire quello che tanti ci vorrebbero insegnare delle vita, dopo averla vivisezionata, neurone per neurone, con la scusante di grandi studi scientifici, vuoti e meccanici, i cui risultati si dimenticano dell’oggetto di studio e di cura: l’Uomo e la sua Anima! Così facendo,diventiamo alieni di noi stessi! e poi ci preoccupiamo degli UFO…
