In a psycho-spiritual vision, challenges we face are valuable because they give us useful information and precious guidance for continuing our journeys of growth in a better way. If we interpret suffering, with this vision, we discover our true personal identities. If you chose to live, not just to survive, (which can only be done through psycho-spirituality) you understand that the important thing is not to remain inside things or situations or people or suffering, but to go through them and to take a distance. Only if you take a certain distance from the world, can you truly live. True failure of the person is identifying fully in success, roles, things and people. Only if we maintain a certain distance from everything that happens to us, only if we give prime importance to our personal essences, identities and awareness, do we enter into the psycho-spiritual dimension, into the psycho-spirituality of ourselves. But to do this, we need to know how to die. Indeed, if you live only surviving, you do not want to know that you have to die. You do not accept death as natural. If you do not accept your mortality and suffering you are caught in a vicious, endless circle of omnipotence.  You have lost a sense of limits. You cannot bear pain anymore.
