Often after having been hurt in a relationship, we have the sensation that our whole being has been wounded. We should recognize that only some parts of our personality have been affected.

We have to avoid feeling like victims and understand which part of us was hurt and why.

Behind every suffering there is always something new that we should find out about ourselves that we didn’t know before.
