To know who you are, to say yes to yourself, gives meaning to your existence. All that advice and therapy become useless when you realize that it’s the awareness and acceptance of yourself that gives meaning to your days. If you follow your vocation, your vision of life, you will never get bored. You will have the happy sensation of being yourself. You will experiment the fullness and depth of union with yourself and with the world. You will finally lead an authentic life. You will desire less, but you will feel at peace with yourself. You will choose rather than react.

You will be able to enjoy everything and nothing. And you will be able to feel satisfied and full just watching the sunset or the dawn, standing before a new born fawn, or reading a good book in the silence of the woods.
