I’ve understood, with time and experience, that each of us already has inside ourselves what we need to undertake our own journeys of awareness. You don’t have to do much more than just be. The heroic and tiring work is reducing to a minimum our conditioning by the powerful mass media and dominating socio-cultural models. My God will not ask me if I was good at conforming to the rules of the society in which I lived, but rather if I was good at following that which he put inside of me from before I was born– unique and unrepeatable.
