To live in an ethical way means entering into authentic relationship with ourselves, with others, with the world. It means accepting the diversity of the other. It means entering into contact with mystery and accepting the impossibility of resolving it. To live in an ethical way means not possessing, not dominating, not controlling, not manipulating, not blackmailing each other. This forces us to share our lives, to put them in relation to one another. To be ethical, to live with heart, in my view, means making constant and continuous reference to the least of us, the weakest, to not obey the powerful.
