If we enter into contact with our hearts, we will realize that they are tender, sweet, and good. If doesn’t happen like this, it means that our hearts are full of evil, envy, and jealousy. Free your heart and you will find it tender, good… and empty.

But, in the moment when we accept our hearts, we open them. And opening them means rendering them naked. Awareness, goodness, love and friendship require the heart to expose itself as it is.

At a certain point in our lives we have to sincerely examine ourselves and ask how many times we have truly entered into relationship with our hearts.

Love without power, without entering into the daily struggle for survival is only sentimentalism. In the same way, power without love becomes violence

If we use the power given to us just for ourselves, we are false kings, false queens, false gentlemen, false ladies… and we will never be able to love.
