We human beings feel happiness and joy only when we are in contact with our spiritual sides.

After asking yourself, “Why?” thinking of your personal history, looking for the psychological keys to read it, you have to pass to the next question: “What does God want to say to me with this and what is happening to me?”

And so, we reduce personal neuroses so we can recognize and dialogue with our spiritual sides. We need to possess a free gaze, if we want to live in an authentic way. Human beings tend to flee from themselves. They prefer to delude themselves and project onto others their own guilt and responsibilities. To live, for me, means not ever dominating, controlling, or manipulating another person.
